Muddy Dog Roasting is named after a Golden Lab named Bailey. The
dog is just over 2 years old, and the company is about the same
age. Like a muddy dog, the idea behind the company is that coffee
should be genuine and real (the dog part), fresh and earthy (the
mud part) and fun and full of life (the muddy dog part).

Muddy Dog Coffee is available from their website, or through local
NC stores, restaurants and coops.

• Passions
Finding the highest quality coffee they can source - direct from
growers and certified whenever possible - and roasting it in small
batches. Roasts in a very environmentally-friendly, zero-emissions
roaster that uses just 10% of the energy consumption of a traditional,
no afterburner system.
